Air and Space Law
Suh & Co has significant experience in air transportation disputes, including aircraft deficiency cases and aviation accidents, and a wealth of experience in defending airliners against an assortment of claims.

| Suh & Co represented several clients in an aviation product liability suit against Boeing in relation to the accident of KAL 801 in Guam. We have also handled several cargo claims arising from the KAL accident in Shanghai. Recently we have handled claims arising from the China Air Flight 129 accident at Kimhae International Airport and have acted on behalf of the survivor families of the PMT Air Flight 241 which crashed near Sihanoukville, Cambodia. |
