Won -Yung Choi
Mr. Choi graduated from Law College of Seoul National University in 1986. He passed the Judiciary Examination in 1986 and completed the 2 year training course in the Judicial Training and Research Institute in 1989
Since March 1989, Mr. Choi has been practicing a law.
Mr. Choi is regarded as excellent trail lawyer both in civil and criminal cases.
His hobby is golf and he is single handicap golfer and nowadays he got interested in playing billiard.

Young-Ho Cho
Mr. Cho graduated from Seoul National University in 1984 with BA degree in law. He passed the Korea Judicial Examination in 1996 and became an attorney at law in 1999, after completing a 2-year training course in the Judicial Training and Research Institute. Mr. Cho has been highly successful as an attorney who specializes in real estate development. Mr. Cho founded a real estate brokerage firm known as “Real Estate 24 Hour” in 1989. He has been known as a highly respected consultant on real estate matters for Maeil Economic Daily Paper, Seoul Economic Daily Paper, and Journal for Real Estate Law.
Mr. Cho has been making his contribution to the Real Estate Broker Association as an audit member for Mutual Aid, and of counsel for the Korea Internet Game Association, as well as a fair play committee member of the Korea Sports & Olympic Committee.
In addition, Mr. Cho served as an expert consultant for Auction, and as president of Mother Land Co., Ltd. and Two Winners Co., Ltd., engaging in the real estate development business.
Prior to joining Suh & Co., Mr. Cho was for many years a member and/or managing partner attorney for the Law Firm Seo Hyun.
Since 2013, he has been president of Yulinsung Co., Ltd. Yulinsung is engaged in redevelopment, rebuilding, PM, sales of securitized asset, M&A, sales of construction site, and since 2015 Mr. Cho has been engaged in large size of city maintenance & development project in Shinmok-dong area.
He likes playing billiard & golf.

Chul Han Kim
Mr. Chul Han Kim earned both his BA degree and Master’s degree in Law from Law College of Seoul National University. Mr. Kim passed the Korea Judicial Examination in 1985 and became an attorney in 1988 after completing his training at Korea’s Judicial Research and Training Institute. Mr. Kim has advised clients on various civil law cases and criminal cases. Mr. Kim handles maritime case & insurance case in Suh & Co.
