Mr. Dong-Hee Suh attended the 10th China Korea Symposium on Private International Law held by way of Zoom on October 29, 2021. Mr. Suh discussed on professor Wang Guohua’s speech titled “Conflicts and Countermeasures: Jurisdiction and Procedure Issues of Cross-border Maritime Insolvency Cases”. She is Vice President of China Society of Private International Law
Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Law School in Shanghai Maritime University. Mr. Suh showed differences between Korea and China in cross-border maritime insolvency, and raised a question why China did not adopt UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency.
